As an FOS, you are the face of the MPACT brand. This isn’t a role spent behind a desk; it’s a field-based mission where you bring our cocktails to life in the real world.

One day you’ll be optimizing the cold box in a high-traffic convenience store; the next, you’ll be launching a new bulk-dispensed program at a local restaurant or securing a premium display in a bustling grocery store. You are the vital "last mile" of our success, ensuring that the MPACT experience is top-tier everywhere our premium RTD craft cocktails are sold.

Your Mission: Where You’ll Make an MPACT

Field Sales & Revenue Growth: You will develop and grow profitable customer routes, maintaining existing accounts, securing new account placements and identifying upsell opportunities. You aren’t just delivering and selling a product; you’re recommending the perfect product mix to help our partners thrive.

Quality Program Management: You are the guardian of our brand standards. You’ll manage store inventories, eliminate out-of-stocks, and partner with customers to optimize shelf sets and point-of-sale opportunities. If it looks great and sells fast, it’s because of you.

Customer Partnership & Service: You will build trusted, long-term relationships. Whether it’s in person, over the phone, or via digital channels, you deliver the quality program support and merchandising guidance that makes MPACT the favorite partner of retailers and foodservice operators alike.
